Having been licensed since 1988, I have successfully closed over 500 real estate and loan transactions, coordinating all aspects of each loan, purchase or sale. I am proficient in Conventional, FHA, VA financing with point software. I have a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, including APOD, Rent rolls, tax returns, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. Through correspondence, emails and phone calls, I manage a database of over 5,000 clients. I speak fluent Spanish. My mission is to go beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

My Experience

I have been a Broker since 2005, in California and Arizona, with Diversified Capital and Investments. My focus has been on distressed property sales. I have helped my clients save millions of dollars in mortgage debt by personally negotiating the banks to forgive their mortgages without a deficiency judgment. This includes commercial restructuring of loans and distressed sales with SBA financing. Currently, I own San Diego Mortgage Relief—where we successfully negotiate loan modifications and short sales. We do this by presenting the numbers to the bank and proving that it’s better to sell now than foreclose later. I also use a loan modification versus short sale graph to show my clients their true equity position, now and 15 years from now, to help them understand what the loan modification they are being offered means in the long run.
